The Jacobs's Mansion is a white mansion. It has six bedrooms and six bathrooms all bathrooms leading off of the bedrooms. She has a study, two living rooms, a dining room and a really big kitchen. She has a big backyard that she doesn't know what to do with and she doesn't know what to do with all the rooms she has.

This traditional style Japanese mansion is home to talent agent Cam Mayumi and his daughter Carys Mayumi. Located in the center of Kyoushi is is surrounded by a lush garden and has a coi pond in the back. Don't go in Carys' room uninvited or else.
